Do I need a membership?
No. You pay per service at a flat rate we quote before dispatching. No sign-up, no annual fees.
How fast will you get to me?
Our average arrival is under 30 minutes. You'll get a text with a live ETA as soon as a tech is assigned.
What if I don't have a spare tire?
If the puncture is in the tread, we can usually patch it on the spot. If the tire can't be repaired, we can tow you to a tire shop.
How much fuel do you deliver?
Enough to safely reach the nearest gas station — typically about 10 litres. Fuel is billed at local pump price on top of the service fee.
How do I pay?
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay — paid on-site once the job is done.
